1989
Acquisition of Babbini S.r.l. of Bologna, a renowned company in business for more than 60 years in the hydrothermosanitary sector.

1991
Establishment of Termosanitaria Reggiana S.r.l. with offices in Reggio Emilia.

1993
Babbini S.r.l. opens a sales office in San Lazzaro di Savena (Bo) to increase coverage in the province of Bologna.

1996
Opening of a sales office in Rimini.

1997
Acquisition of the company Idro Center of Cattolica and the opening of a sales office in Carpi, a zone in which Termostati Corradini had already established itself through the network of sales in Modena.

1998
Opening of the new showroom at the sales offices in Modena, Rimini, and San Lazzaro.

1999
Babbini S.r.l. moves offices and equips the new sales office with an exhibition showroom on two floors.
The sales office in Cattolica transfers to a new and larger warehouse with an exhibition showroom. The merger of Babbini S.r.l. and Termosanitaria Reggiana S.r.l. to become Termosanitari Corradini S.p.A concludes the process of the company’s rationalization started the end of the nineties.
The acquisition of NO.VA S.r.l. of Sassuolo and SAFIS S.r.l. of Faenza consolidates the role of Termosanitaria in the region with more than 120 employees and 10 sales offices operating in Emilia Romagna.
Opening of the 11th sales office in Cento.
Opening of the 12th sales office and showroom in Parma.

2004
Acquisition of the company Benati of Bologna in the area of Roveri which, with its 1000 square metres of space , becomes the second development and the 13th slaes office.

2005
Opening of the 14th sales office in Cesena (4000 sq.m)
Opening of the 15th sales office and showroom in Cattolica (RN).
Acquisition of the firm Simani of Ferrara, with a 3000 square metre warehouse and showroom, which becomes the 17th sales office.
Opening of the 18th sales office and showroom in Faenza.
Opening of the 19th sales office and showroom in Sassuolo.

2007
Opening of the 20th sales office and showroom in Cesena.
Opening of the warehouse in Piacenza

2008
Apertura della filiale di Pesaro.
Nuovo punto vendita, il numero 23, a Bazzano, in provincia di Bologna e successiva inaugurazione della sala mostra.
